Both our brands, LFA Machines and Vivion Inc, are looking for Inside and Outside Sales Representatives in several locations:
- Inside Sales in Fort Worth, TX
- Inside Sales in Oxfordshire, England
We are looking for great team members who have experience in sales, preferably selling ingredients to food, chemical, pharma or nutraceutical industries.
Job Responsibilities:
- Working extensively in our CRM and document all daily activities, deals and customer interactions there.
- Supporting marketing efforts through identifying customers and prospects to nurture.
- Creating quotes and closing sales on products and/or services.
- Set appointments and coordinate Outside sales resources to close sales when needed.
- Supporting the Director of Sales and the Outside Sales team as necessary.
- Learning to create value propositions for customers through product knowledge.
- Following and utilizing the Sales Playbook.
- Respond to quote requests to qualify customers.
- Set appointments for customer discovery meetings or calls.
- Work defined leads lists to qualify potential new customers.
- Cold calling and lead generation (Outside Sales only)
Travel requirement for Outside Sales positions of about 50% of the time, including nationwide. No travel requirement for Inside Sales, but it is an in-office position.
Compensation:
- Inside Sales UK: £27,000.00-32,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus based on KPIs. Hybrid role available.
- Inside Sales Fort Worth: $45,000.00 – $60,000.00/year plus quarterly bonus based on KPIs.
